Vitapex糊剂治疗小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探究Vitapex糊剂治疗小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎的效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年12月平湖市中医院医共体当湖中心医院接诊的慢性根尖周炎患儿52例作为研究对象,计算机随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各26例。研究组采用Vitapex糊剂,对照组采用碘仿氧化锌糊剂,分析患儿疼痛评分、牙周状态、临床指标、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患儿疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿牙周袋深度、菌斑指数、软垢指数、出血指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿咀嚼能力、填充时间、牙龈愈合时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床使用Vitapex糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎患儿效果较好,能缓解患儿疼痛,提高咀嚼能力,改善不良牙周状态。Objective:To explore the effect of Vitapex paste on chronic periapical periodontitis of infant deciduous teeth.Methods:A total of fifty-two children with chronic periapical periodontitis admitted to Danghu Central Hospital of Pinghu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medical Community from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by computer random number table method,with twenty-six cases in each group.The study group used Vitapex paste,and the control group used iodoform zinc oxide paste.Pain score,periodontal status,clinical indicators and treatment effect were analyzed.Results:After treatment,the pain score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the periodontal pocket depth,plaque index,soft scale index and bleeding index in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the chewing ability,filling time and gum healing time of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical use of Vitapex paste in the treatment of chronic periapical inflammation in children is good,can relieve the pain of children,improve the ability of chewing,improve the poor periodontal state.
