六味地黄丸联合大黄液治疗慢性牙周炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析六味地黄丸联合大黄液治疗慢性牙周炎的效果及对牙龈指数(GI)、探针深度(PD)的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月广州市胸科医院诊治的慢性牙周炎患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各43例。两组患者均采用常规治疗,对照组在此基础上局部应用大黄液治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予六味地黄丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、牙周健康指标和炎性因子水平。结果:联合组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。治疗后,两组牙齿松动、肢体沉重、牙龈红肿、胸闷口苦、反复咽痛评分均下降,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组GI和PD均下降,联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-1β水平均下降,且联合组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄丸联合大黄液治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者中医证候积分和牙周健康指标,降低炎性因子水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with rhubarb liquid on chronic periodontitis and its influence on gingival index(GI)and probe depth(PD).Methods:A total of eighty-six patients with chronic periodontitis diagnosed and treated in Guangzhou Chest Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and combined group according to random number table method,with forty-three cases in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with local rhubarb liquid on this basis,and the combined group was treated with oral Liuwei Dihuang pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,periodontal health index and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044);after treatment,the scores of loose teeth,heavy limbs,red and swollen gums,chest tightness,bitter mouth and recurrent pharyngeal pain in 2 groups were decreased,and the combined group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,GI and PD decreased in both groups,and the combined group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor and interleukin-1βin 2 groups were decreased,and the combined group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang pill combined with rhubarb liquid has remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of chronic periodontitis,which can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score and periodontal health index of patients,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
