摘　　要：目的:分析血液科移植护理对造血干细胞移植患者的心理应激指标和家属满意度的影响。方法:选取2022年2月-2023年8月于复旦大学附属中山医院行造血干细胞移植治疗的患者70例作为研究对象。随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予血液科移植护理,比较两组心理状态、治疗状态及家属满意度评分。结果:干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗状态及家属满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的护理方式比较,血液科移植护理对造血干细胞移植患者有积极的影响,有利于改善患者的不良情绪。Objective:To analyze the impact of transplantation care in the hematology department on psychological stress indicators and family satisfaction of patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods:70 patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from February 2022 to August 2023 were selected as research subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given hematology transplant care on the basis of routine care.The psychological state,treatment status and family satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment status and family satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional nursing methods,hematology transplant nursing has a positive impact on hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients and is helpful in improving patients'negative emotions.
