孔隙结构对低度交联体系微观驱油特征的影响

摘  要:以中国某水驱油藏为例,利用光刻微观物理模拟技术和微流控在线驱替技术,研究了微观孔隙结构对低度交联体系启动残余油效果的影响,分析了水驱后低度交联体系对残余油动启顺序和难易程度。研究结果表明,低度交联体系能够显著提高水驱后油藏的采收率,孔吼比相同时,配位数越大体系的驱油效果越好;低度交联体系驱主要启动了水驱后的簇状和孤岛残余油,随着孔吼比减小配位数增加,体系对这两类残余油的驱替效果越好;低度交联体系通过其流度控制作用和黏弹性驱油机理优先启动孔隙中的簇状、孤岛和盲端残余油,同时在启动簇状和孤岛残余油过程中可能会形成吸附残余油;该体系对孤岛、盲端和簇状残余油的驱替效率较高,对吸附和膜状残余油驱替效率较低,建议后期配合表面活性剂体系使用,进一步提高这两类残余油的驱替效率。Taking water flooding reservoir of Henan Shuanghe oilfield for instance,this paper studied the effect of micro-pore structure on residual oil mobilized by low-degree-crosslinking system(LDCS),and analyzed the mobilizing sequence and difficulty of residual oil by the LDCS after water flooding by applying lithography micro-physical simulation technology and microfluidic online flooding technology.The researching results showed that LDCS could significantly enhance oil recovery after water flooding.At the condition of the same pores and throat ratio,the oil displacement effect increased with the increasing of coordination number.LDCS displacement mainly mobilized cluster and island residual oil after water flooding.The LDCS flooding has a better displacing performance on these two residual oils as the pores and throat ratio reduced and the coordination number increased.Clumps,islands and blinds residual oil in the pore was preferentially mobilized through mobility controling effect and viscoelastic oil displacement mechanism of LDCS.At the same time,adsorpution residual oil might be formed during the mobilizing of clumps and islands residual oil.The LDCS has higher displacement efficiency for isolated,blind and cluster residual oil,but lower displacement efficiency for adsorption and membrane residual oil.Therefore,the study suggested that the surfactant system conbining with LDCS should be used to futher enhance displacing efficiency of adsorption and membrane residual oil in the later of LDCS flooding.
