摘 要:近年来,随着抗菌药物的不断更新换代,口腔念珠菌病患者逐年增加。口腔念珠菌病患者口腔内的微生物群也趋于多样化,相互作用机制复杂。传统的微生物学研究主要应用分离培养、克隆、荧光原位杂交和分子标记等方法,由于技术的限制仍有约30%的口腔微生物群无法或难以通过传统方法培养,而宏基因组学技术恰好弥补了这方面的不足,使我们能更深入地探索口腔念珠菌病患者口腔微生物群的多样性、结构和功能。本综述旨在总结、归纳宏基因组学应用于口腔念珠菌病诊疗的研究进展,并阐明其重要意义。In recent years,with the continuous upgrading of antibacterial drugs,the number of patients with oral candidiasis(OC)has increased year by year.The intraoral microbial community of patients with OC also tends to be diverse and the interaction mechanism is complex.Traditional microbiological research mainly uses methods such as isolation and culture,cloning,fluorescence in situ hybridization and molecular labeling.Due to technical limitations,there are still about 30%of oral microbiota cannot be cultivated or difficult to be cultivated by traditional methods.Metagenomics technology,however,makes up for this deficiency,allowing us to explore the diversity,structure and function of oral microbiota in patients with oral Candida infection more deeply.This review aims to summarize the progress in research on metagenomics in the diagnosis and treatment of OC and to clarify its significance.
