领域法学视野下“碳中和”法治人才培养路径研究

摘　　要：“碳中和”法治人才培养,是满足“碳中和”战略目标实现的需要,是对卓越法治人才培养计划的践行。然而,由于“碳中和”法治人才需要既懂技术又懂法律规则,需要多学科专业的支撑,这给传统法学教育和培养模式带来了挑战。因此,“碳中和”法治人才培养需要引入领域法学理论,在复合法治人才培养目标下进行人才培养,并遵循以问题为导向、具备跨学科思维、建立协同育人机制、运用多种研究方法的领域法学人才培养逻辑。具体而言,明确“碳中和”法治人才培养的知识、能力、德育与素质目标,细化“碳中和”法治人才培养标准,整合多学科师资队伍,建立政府、企业、社会力量联合培养机制,打造“碳中和”法治特色教材,健全科研促教学机制等具体措施,形成极具特色的“碳中和”法治人才培养模式,实现“碳中和”法治人才的精准培养。The"carbon neutrality"legal talent training is to meet the needs of peaking"carbon neutrality"strategic objective and to pursue Excellent Legal Talent Training Plan.However,because the"carbon-neutrality"legal talent has to understand both techniques and legal rules with the support of multi-disciplinarity,their training needs to introduce field law,cultivate talents under the training goal of compound legal talents,follow the field law training logic which contains being problem-oriented,possessing interdisciplinary thinking,establishing a collaborative training mechanism,and using a variety of research methods.These requirements bring challenges to traditional legal education and training model.Specifically,it should form a distinctive"carbon neutrality"legal talent training model,and achieve the precise training of them by the following specific measures:it is needed to clear the"carbon-neutrality"legal talents training goal of knowledge,ability,moral education,elaborate on the collaborative cultivation mechanism among government,enterprise,league school,and non-governmental sectors,build distinctive teaching materials of"carbon neutrality"rule of law,and realize the precision cultivation of"carbon neutrality"legal talent.
