摘 要:文章以车身D柱上接头为例,搭建仿真模型,以拓扑优化方法对该接头进行刚度接头优化.以优化后的接头数据为基准,制造接头实物与接头台架试验工装,以仿真模型工况开展接头刚度测试,以验证接头刚度分析、优化方案以及实物测试的一致性和有效性.研究结果显示,通过拓扑优化方法进行D柱上接头刚度优化,可有效提升刚度性能;经接头刚度测试验证,实物测试与仿真模型分析的偏差均<10%,表示测试结果与仿真模型分析一致性高.This paper takes the joint on the D-pillar of the car body as an example,builds a simulation model,and optimizes the stiffness joint of the joint by topology optimization method.Based on the optimized joint data,the joint physical object and joint bench test fixture are manufactured,and the joint stiffness test is carried out under the simulation model condition to verify the consistency and effectiveness of the joint stiffness analysis,optimization scheme and physical test.The results of this study show that the stiffness optimization of joints on D-pillar can effectively improve the stiffness performance.The joint stiffness test shows that the deviation between the physical test and the simulation model analysis is less than 10%,which indicates that the test results are in high consistency with the simulation model analysis.
