摘 要:台湾泥鳅对低盐度具有一定的耐受性,探讨通过低盐驯化来提高其耐盐特性的可行性。实验分为盐度骤变实验(0,4,8,12)和盐度驯化实验(每7 d增加盐度4,分别标记为0,4,4-8,4-12,4-8-12)两个部分,测定其肌肉组织在不同时间点的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性及过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))与丙二醛(MDA)含量。实验结果表明:(1)盐度骤变实验中,各盐度组的SOD与CAT活性在1 d内呈先升高后下降趋势;盐度8与12组的SOD活性第6 d时显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而CAT活性与对照组没有差异(P>0.05);各个盐度处理组的H_(2)O_(2)含量呈缓慢上升趋势;MDA含量在6 h内快速上升,随后下降并在第3 d时恢复至正常水平。(2)盐度驯化实验中,盐度4-12组的H_(2)O_(2)与MDA含量、SOD与CAT酶活性在1 d内显著高于盐度4-8-12组(P<0.05)。结果表明,盐度升高对台湾泥鳅生理具有显著的影响,并随盐度升高产生了一定的氧化胁迫作用。同时台湾泥鳅可以通过生理调节表现出较强的耐盐能力和适应性;多级盐度驯化有利于缓解高盐度的氧化胁迫。因此,以适当方式提高养殖水体盐度,有利于促进台湾泥鳅适应低盐度水体的能力,提高其在盐碱水体中的成活率和产量,从而为盐碱水体的综合利用提供一个新的养殖品种。Paramisgurnus dabryanus ssp.has a certain tolerance to low salinity,and the feasibility of improving its salt tolerance characteristics through low salt domestication is explored.The salinity abrupt change(0,4,8,12)and salinity acclimation experiments were conducted on Paramisgurnus dabryanus ssp.(4 salinities were added every 7 days,denoted as 0,4,4-8,4-12,4-8),and samples were taken at different time points.The activities and contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase(CAT)in muscle tissue were determined.The results showed as follows:①In the salinity mutation experiment,salinity had a significant effect on the activity of related antioxidant enzymes in muscle tissue of Paramisgurnus dabryanus ssp.SOD in each salinity group increased continuously within 1 day,and then began to decline.The salinity in group 8 reached its maximum value on the first day and was significantly higher than that in the control group,and was significantly lower than that in the control group on the sixth day(P<0.05).The trend of CAT activity was similar to that of SOD activity(P>0.05).The variation trend of MDA content was firstly increased and then decreased with time,and the content of MDA in all groups reached the highest level at 6 h,and basically recovered to the normal level at the third day.②In the salinity acclimation experiment,the H_(2)O_(2) and MDA content,SOD and CAT enzyme activity of the salinity 4-12 group were significantly higher than those of the salinity 4-8-12 group within 1 day(P<0.05).The above results showed that the increase of salinity had a significant effect on the physiology of Paramisgurnus dabryanus ssp.,and with the increase of salinity,there was a certain stress effect.Meanwhile,Paramisgurnus dabryanus ssp.showed strong salt tolerance and adaptability through physiological regulation,and could generally adapt to the changes of water salinity.Therefore,increasing the salinity of aquaculture water in an appropriate way is beneficial for promoting the ability of Paramisgurnus dabryanus ssp.to adap
