摘　　要：以复星医药为案例研究对象,对复星医药系列跨国并购活动的动因以及并购绩效进行深入研究。研究发现:复星医药的跨国并购活动深受国家政策、行业形势、市场需求以及公司自身发展战略的影响;同时,公司一系列的并购活动给复星医药带来了良好的经济效益。由此,提出相关政策建议:政府应该加大支持力度,企业应该谨慎实施跨国战略。Taking Fosun Pharma as a case study,an in-depth research was conducted on the motives and performance of Fosun Pharma’s series of cross-border M&A activities.The research finds that Fosun Pharma’s cross-border M&A activities are deeply influenced by national policies,industry conditions,market demands,and the company’s own development strategy;at the same time,the company’s series of M&A activities have brought about good economic benefits for Fosun Pharma.Accordingly,relevant policy suggestions are proposed:the government should increase its support,and companies should implement cross-border strategies cautiously.
