摘 要:针对模型预测转矩控制(Model Predictive Torque Control,MPTC)算法在模型参数失配时鲁棒性较差的问题,文章在永磁同步电机MPTC控制系统中提出一种比例-谐振-微分(Proportion-Resonant-Differentiation,PRD)型价值函数,通过谐振误差运算对指定频率的谐波可以进行有选择的补偿,因此当谐振频率和电机转速一致时,可对转矩和磁链进行无差的调节跟踪;通过微分误差运算,预测误差变化的趋势,抑制转矩和磁链误差的振荡变化。仿真结果证明,采用PRD型价值函数的MPTC,动态响应快且能够抑制转矩和磁链纹波,降低MPTC对模型参数的依赖性。Aiming at the problem that the model predictive torque control(MPTC)algorithm has poor robustness when the model parameters are mismatched,a value function of proportional-resonance-differential(PRD)type is proposed in the MPTC control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,which can selectively compensate the harmonics at the specified frequency through resonance error operation,so when the resonance frequency and motor speed are consistent,the torque and flux linkage can be adjusted and tracked without error.Through differential error operation,the trend of error change is predicted,and the oscillation change of torque and flux linkage error is suppressed.The simulation results show that MPTC with PRD value function has fast dynamic response,can suppress torque and flux ripple,and reduce the dependence of MPTC on model parameters.
