摘　　要：红旗渠精神是中华优秀传统文化和中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分,与延安精神、焦裕禄精神、愚公移山精神一脉相承。传承和发扬红旗渠精神是贯彻落实党的二十大精神的实践遵循之一,从红旗渠精神与高素质人才培养的关系出发,通过文献分析、实证研究和案例研究等方法,揭示了红旗渠精神的血脉基因与丰富内涵,分析了红旗渠精神蕴含的价值动能。结合党的二十大报告解读,强调了高素质人才对于以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的重要性,以及红旗渠精神融入高素质人才培养的必要性。在此基础上,从教育管理、高等学校、课程建设、教师群体、青年学生等不同维度,探讨了红旗渠精神融入高素质人才培养的实施策略与进路。The Hongqiqu spirit is an important part of the excellent traditional Chinese culture and the spiritual pedigree of Chinese Communists,which is a succession from Yan’an spirit,the spirit of Jiao Yulu and Yugong’s spirit of removing mountains.Inheriting and carrying forward the Hongqiqu spirit is one of the practical guidelines for implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress.Starting from the relationship between the Hongqiqu spirit and the cultivation of high-quality talents,this paper reveals the bloodline genes and rich connotations of the Hongqiqu spirit through literature analysis,empirical research,and case studies,and analyzes the value momentum contained in the Hongqiqu spirit.Combined with the interpretation of the 20th CPC National Congress report,it emphasized the importance of high-quality talents to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese path to modernization,and the necessity of integrating the Hongqiqu spirit into the cultivation of high-quality talents.On this basis,the practical approach of integrating the Hongqiqu spirit into the cultivation of high-quality talents from different dimensions was discussed,including education management,higher education institutions,curriculum construction,the teachers,and the young students.
