摘 要:目的比较混合支持式和黏膜支持式数字化全程手术导板对全口种植位点精确性的影响。方法22名无牙颌或潜在无牙颌患者共136枚种植体分为2组,混合支持式组(A组,72例)和黏膜支持式组(B组,64例)。测量实际植入与术前设计的种植体角度、颈部、根尖及深度的偏移。运用统计学方法分析影响种植体植入精确度的相关因素。结果混合支持式组与黏膜支持式组与在种植体的角度、颈部、根尖及深度的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同支持方式在8 mm、10 mm、12 mm种植体的偏移差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程导板引导下的全口种植手术中,混合支持式导板精确度高于黏膜支持式导板,种植体植入深度影响种植体位置的精确性。Objective To compare the accuracy of the tooth-supported surgical guides protocols and the mucosasupported surgical guides plates.Methods The 22 edentulous patients(N=136)were assigned to tooth-supported surgical guides protocols(Group A,n=72)and mucosa-supported surgical guides protocols(Group B,n=64).The virtually planned and final implant positions were compared.Differences between the planned and the obtained implant position were evaluated as implant shoulder,apical point,axial angulation and depth.Statistical methods were employed to analyze accuracy related factors.Results There was statistically significant different between Group A and Group B(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in different length(8mm,10mm,12mm)between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The tooth-supported surgical guides protocol has a higher degree of accuracy and precision compared to mucosa-supported surgical guide plates.The depth of implant insertion affects accuracy of implant position.
