摘 要:鸢尾素是骨骼肌在运动中分泌的一种细胞因子,可以调节机体骨稳态,能够促进骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞的成骨分化,抑制破骨细胞分化,增加骨细胞神经样树突的形成。鸢尾素还可以促进人牙髓细胞、牙周膜细胞以及牙胚干细胞成骨分化。体内实验结果表明,全身应用鸢尾素对骨质疏松和骨折小鼠的骨重建均有作用,但是,对于种植体周围骨缺损的骨再生无明显作用。本文针对鸢尾素对于骨修复重建作用的研究进行了综述,旨在为绝经后骨质疏松患者种植位点牙槽骨的再生以及骨密度的提高提供新的思路。Irisin is a cytokine secreted by skeletal muscle during exercise,which can regulate bone homeostasis,promote the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and osteoblasts,inhibit osteoclast differentiation,and increase the formation of osteoblastic neuronal dendrites.Irisin can also promote osteogenic differentiation of human pulp cells,periodontal membrane cells and dental germ stem cells.The in vivo experiment results showed that systemic application of irisin had an effect on bone remodeling in osteoporosis and fractured mice,but had no obvious effect on bone regeneration in peri-implant bone defects.This article paper reviews the research progress of irisin on bone repair and reconstruction,aiming to provide new ideas for the regeneration of alveolar bone at implant sites and the improvement of bone density in postmenopausal patients with osteoporosis.
