摘　　要：文章重点探讨高等教育机构如何通过人才战略布局促进区域创新高地的建设。围绕高等教育机构、政府、企业三角融合模型下的合作与互动,剖析人才布局现状以及国内外人才中心发展案例,从高等教育机构优化人才培养体系、创新产学研用协同机制、培育人才政策环境等方面,阐述了人才战略布局以推动区域创新的实践路径。研究结果可为我国新时期区域创新和一流大学建设融合发展提供参考。This paper focuses on how higher education institutions can promote the construction of regional innovation high grounds through talent strategic planning.Around the triangular integration model of higher education institutions,government,and enterprises,it analyzes the current state of talent layout and the development cases of talent centers at home and abroad.The study elaborates on the practical paths to drive regional innovation through optimizing the talent cultivation systems in higher education institutions,innovating the collaborative mechanism of industry-university-research-application,and fostering a talent policy environment.The aim of this research is to provide references for the integrated development of regional innovation and the construction of world-class universities in China in the new era.
