摘　　要：近年来,随着智慧校园建设的推进,大量智慧校园项目被引入学校,传统项目管理模式的弊端在管理智慧校园项目中越来越显现。基于此背景,文章在分析高校当前项目管理方法现状与问题的基础上,探讨基于PDCA循环的新的管理模式在智慧校园项目中的应用,以期为高校智慧校园项目的建设工作提供方法和思路,促进高校智慧校园创新发展。In recent years,with the advancement of smart campus construction,a large number of smart campus projects have been introduced into schools,and the drawbacks of traditional project management models have become increasingly apparent in managing smart campus projects.Based on this background,this article analyzes the current situation and problems of project management methods in universities,and explores the application of a new management model based on the PDCA cycle in smart campus projects,in order to provide methods and ideas for the construction of smart campus projects in universities and promote innovative development of smart campuses.
