摘　　要：中华优秀传统文化蕴涵着丰富的育人资源,充分挖掘其内涵与价值,并将其融入大学生职业生涯规划教育中,不仅能丰富职业生涯规划教育资源,还有助于中华优秀传统文化的传承与弘扬。文章阐明了中华优秀传统文化融入大学生职业生涯规划教育的重要意义,分析了大学生职业生涯规划教育中的四个主题教育内容,从大学生职业生涯规划教育平台入手,将中华优秀传统文化融入校园文化活动、社会实践、网络思政教育、心理健康教育等环节,努力构建有助于学生全面发展的教育体系。The excellent traditional Chinese culture contains rich educational resources.Fully tapping into its connotation and value,and integrating it into the career planning education of college students,not only enriches the career planning education resources,but also helps to inherit and promote the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The article elucidates the important significance of integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into college student career planning education,analyzes four theme education contents in college student career planning education,and starts with the college student career planning education platform,integrating excellent traditional Chinese culture into campus cultural activities,social practice,online ideological and political education,psychological health education,and other links,Strive to build an education system that contributes to the comprehensive development of students.
