摘 要:目的:探讨问题―讨论―指导(PDG)联合案例分析教学模式在急救护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2020级186名护理学生为研究对象,分为两组,其中对照组(n=90)采用传统教学模式,实验组(n=96)采用PDG联合案例分析教学模式,比较两组学生的急救能力、教学质量及教学满意度。结果:实验组急救能力测评量表各项评分、医学教育环境量表各项评分及教学满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PDG联合案例分析教学模式在急救护理教学中应用效果显著,能提高学生急救能力,教学质量及教学满意度均良好,可进一步推广。tObjective:To explore the application effect of the problem discussion guidance(PDG)combined with case analysis teaching model in emergency nursing teaching.Method:186 nursing students in 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups.The control group(n=90)used traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group(n=96)used PDG combined with case analysis teaching mode.The first aid ability,teaching quality,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared.Result:The scores of the first aid ability assessment scale,medical education environment scale,and teaching satisfaction rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDG combined with case analysis teaching mode in emergency nursing teaching has significant effects,can improve students'emergency response ability,and has good teaching quality and satisfaction.It can be further promoted.
