摘　　要：高校作为国家创新驱动发展的重要环节,在专利创造和知识产权创新方面具有十分重要的地位。近年来,随着国家专利政策的不断调整,高校在关注专利产出数量的同时,也应提高对专利质量的把控。其中,石油类高校作为颇具行业特色的理工科院校,其专利质量的提升对行业发展有较大的影响,因此,文章通过对国内三所石油高校的专利质量进行多维度分析,以展示石油高校专利发展现状,探讨了存在的问题和提升专利质量的方法。As an important link in national innovation driven development,universities play a very important role in patent creation and intellectual property innovation.In recent years,with the continuous adjustment of national patent policies,universities should not only focus on the quantity of patent output,but also improve their control over patent quality.Among them,as a science and engineering university with industry characteristics,the improvement of patent quality in petroleum universities has a significant impact on the development of the industry.Therefore,this article presents the current status of patent development in petroleum universities through multi-dimensional analysis of the patent quality of three domestic petroleum universities,explores the existing problems and methods to improve patent quality.
