摘　　要：当前,高级财务管理课程教学过程中存在课堂教学效率不高、课程内容枯燥、学生的学习主动性弱、课程缺乏高阶性与创新性等问题。针对上述问题,文章主要从教学内容优化、教学方法选择、教学评价调整、教学环境改进四个维度探讨了高级财务管理课程教学改革方案,提出课堂教学内容应少而精,教学方法应强调学生参与,重视过程性考核,充分利用网络教学平台,从而提高课程教学质量。There are several problems in the teaching process of Advanced Financial Management Course.Classroom teaching efficiency is low,course content is dull,students'learning initiative is weak,and the course lacks high-level and innovation.This paper mainly explores the teaching reform plan to solve the above problems from four dimensions:optimizing teaching content,selecting teaching methods,adjusting teaching evaluation,and improving teaching environment.This paper suggests that classroom teaching content should be limited but refined,teaching methods should highlight students'participation,prioritize process assessment,and fully utilize online teaching platforms to improve course teaching quality.
