摘  要:在长江大学“沉积岩石学”课程的建设过程中,课程组视师资队伍建设为重中之重,取得了一系列重要成果。回顾建设历程,将教学团队建设划分为奠基阶段、发展阶段和成型阶段。三个阶段师资建设的总体方针是坚持立德树人,坚持发挥“传帮带”的优秀传统,坚持“引进来”和“走出去”策略,狠抓青年教师的培养,保持和提升教师队伍的整体实力,促进教学团队的可持续发展。面对新时代高等教育的新形势,教学团队应在学术带头人培养、国际化建设和实验教师能力提升等方面加强建设。During the construction course of the curriculum"Sedimentary Petrology"of Yangtze University,the building of teacher resources is the most task,and a series of important construction achievements have been achieved.The building process of teacher resources can be divided into three stages:the foundation stage,the development stage,and the shaping stage.The overall policy of the construction of teacher resources in the three stages is that adhering to fostering virtues,persisting in the excellent tradition of"inheriting,help and being apprenticed",sticking to the strategies of"the introduction of talent"and"going out for talent enhancement",strengthening the cultivation of young teachers,maintaining and enhancing the overall strength of the teaching staff,and promoting the sustainable development of teaching teams.Facing the new situation of higher education in the new era,the construction of the teaching team should be strengthened on the following aspects such as the cultivation of the academic leader,the internationalization of teaching staff and the enhancement of experimental teachers.
