摘　　要：新时代教育背景下,职业本科教育的重要地位和作用日益明显,培养本科层次的职业教育人才面临着新的机遇和挑战,也给职业本科院校辅导员工作提出了新要求。文章首先阐述了职业本科院校职业生涯规划教育工作中存在的问题,然后浅析了职业本科院校大学生职业生涯规划教育与思想政治教育融合的可行性,最后提出辅导员在职业生涯规划教育中融入思想政治教育所发挥的作用,探索职业生涯规划与思想政治教育之间的内在联系,构建两者的协同融合机制,培养提升职业本科院校大学生的综合素质,确保职业生涯规划教育与思想政治教育工作有实际成效,坚持将立德树人根本任务落实到位。In the context of the new era of education,the important position and role of vocational undergraduate education are becoming increasingly apparent.Cultivating vocational education talents at the undergraduate level faces new opportunities and challenges,and also puts forward new requirements for the work of vocational undergraduate counselors.The article first elaborates on the problems existing in the career planning education work of vocational undergraduate colleges,and then analyzes the feasibility of integrating career planning education and ideological and political education for vocational undergraduate college students.Finally,it proposes the role of counselors in integrating ideological and political education into career planning education,explores the internal connection between career planning and ideological and political education,and constructs a collaborative and integrated mechanism between the two,Cultivate and improve the comprehensive quality of vocational undergraduate students,ensure practical results in career planning education and ideological and political education,and adhere to the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.
