摘  要:在多元化、知识化的新时代背景下,就业形势发生了巨大变化,人才需求呈现出新的特点,当前财务管理课程不仅需要传授专业知识和技能,更应注重培养学生的思想道德素质和社会责任感。基于成果导向(OBE)教育理念的财务管理课程思政教学改革具有重要意义。为了满足上述需求,文章从社会的人才需求出发,结合OBE理念,对财务管理课程思政教学改革进行探究,并从构建过程性考核评价体系、改善考核内容等方面开展课题教学评价,以更好地培养符合社会需要的人才,实现专业教育与思想政治教育的协调统一,促进“OBE理念+课程思政”教学目标的达成。In the context of a diversified and knowledge-based new era,the employment situation has undergone tremendous changes,and the demand for talents has shown new characteristics.Currently,financial management courses not only need to impart professional knowledge and skills,but also focus on cultivating students'ideological and moral qualities and social responsibility.The reform of ideological and political education in financial management courses based on the results oriented(OBE)education concept is of great significance.In order to meet the above needs,this article explores the reform ofideological and political education in financial management courses from the perspective of talent demand in society,combined with the concept of results oriented education(OBE).It also conducts subject teaching evaluation from the aspects of constructing a process oriented assessment and evaluation system,improving assessment content,etc.,in orderto better cultivate talents that meet social needs and achieve the coordination and unity of professional education and ideological and political education,Promote the achievement of the teaching objectives of"OBE concept+curriculum ideological and political education".
