摘  要:资助育人是“十大育人体系”中的重点一环,是实现立德树人这一根本任务的重要抓手。文章以积极心理学作为切入点,通过阐述相关内涵,指出学生在发展上的差异性,剖析了现今高校资助育人工作的困境,从精准认定、多方资助、学业帮扶、素质培养、人格塑造和心理疏导等方式,论述了高校发展型资助育人体系的优化路径。Funding education is a key part of the"Top Ten Education Systems"and an important lever to achieve the fundamental task of"cultivating virtue and nurturing talents".The article takes positive psychology as the starting point,points out the differences in student development through elaborating on relevant connotations,analyzes the difficulties of current university funding and education work,and discusses the optimization path of the development oriented funding and education system in universities from precise identification,multi-party funding,academic assistance,quality cultivation,personality shaping,and psychological counseling.
