摘　　要：基于现代物流产业政策视角,提炼了现代物流产业对物流人才包含价值观、思维、知识和技能“四把火”的需求特征,发现了高校物流专业的人才培养还存在人才培养定位的时代性不强、课程体系设置的新颖性不足、教学方式的灵活性不够、师资队伍的专业性不强、校企合作的持续性不足等问题。高校应积极创新人才培养模式,通过采取现代物流课程体系、实施多元化教学方式、打造“双师型”教学队伍和健全协同育人机制五方面措施形成有利于现代物流人才培育的机制,以提高物流人才供给质量,助力中国现代物流体系建设。Based on the development concept of modern logistics,from the perspective of modern logistics industry policy,the demand characteristics of the modern logistics industry for logistics talents involving values,thinking,knowledge and skills,referred to as the"four fires",are refined.It is found that the talent training of logistics majors in colleges and universities still has the following problems:The lack of timeliness in talent training orientation,insufficient novelty in curriculum system settings,the lack of flexibility in teaching methods,the lack of professionalism in the faculty team,and the lack of sustainability in school-enterprise cooperation.Colleges and universities should actively innovate talent cultivation models,form mechanisms conducive to the cultivation of modern logistics talents through measures in five aspects:Constructing a modern logistics curriculum system,implementing diversified teaching methods,building a"double-qualified"teaching team,and improving coordinated talent cultivation mechanisms,so as to improve the quality of logistics talent supply and boost the construction of China's modern logistics system.
