摘  要:在新媒体时代,提升高校思想政治教育工作者的媒介素养,是适应信息传播方式的深刻变革,增强教育主体的互动沟通能力,改善思想政治教育的教学效果及提升思政工作的精准性针对性的需要。高校思想政治教育工作者应具有敏锐的媒介信息觉知意识、成熟的媒介信息处置能力及崇高的媒介道德法治素养。提出了构建多元主体参与的媒介素养培育体系、利用校内资源和实践平台开展理实辅导、通过学科交叉融合达成资源的优势互补、坚持守正创新多措并举提升政治引领力等高校思想政治教育工作者媒介素养提升的具体路径。In the new media era,to improve the media literacy of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities is to adapt to the profound changes in the way of information dissemination,enhance the interactive communication ability of educational subjects,improve the teaching effect of ideological and political education and enhance the precision and pertinence of ideological and political work.Ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should have a keen awareness of media information,a mature ability to deal with media information and a high moral quality of media rule of law.This paper puts forward some concrete approaches to improve the media literacy of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities,such as building a media literacy cultivation system with the participation of multiple subjects,using campus resources and practice platforms to carry out practical tutoring,achieving resource complementarity through interdisciplinary integration,and adhering to integrity,innovating and taking multiple measures to enhance political leadership.
