摘　　要：完善内部治理结构、提升治理能力是高职院校深入推进治理体系改革的当务之急。针对高职院校内设机构模式与管理模式以及在数字化转型过程中存在的诸多问题,以陕西职业技术学院为例,通过对治理能力提升的路径分析和治理体系改革的方法解析,尤其是对其治理改革效果的综合评价,对治理体系改革进行分析探索。在此基础上对高职院校治理能力提升的路径进行研究,旨在为高职院校治理能力提升提供参考与借鉴。Improving the internal governance structure and enhancing governance capabilities is an urgent task for vocational colleges to deepen the reform of their governance system.This article focuses on the internal organizational and management models of vocational colleges,as well as the many problems that exist in the digital transformation process.Taking Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College as an example,by analyzing the path of improving the school’s governance capacity and the methods of governance system reform,especially the comprehensive evaluation of its governance reform effect,this article analyzes and explores the governance system reform of the school,On this basis,research is conducted on the path to enhance the governance capacity of vocational colleges,with the aim of providing reference and reference for the improvement of governance capacity in vocational colleges.
