摘  要:文章重点研究在互联网时代,加强算网深度耦合、提升能源网络算力能力,对云、网、边进行一体化能源算力网络部署。围绕“东数西算”新型算力布局,通过算网融合,优化算力布局、优化国家/省级能源算网能力协同模型,融合算网能力,优化算力区域间东西向、南北向流量模型,进行算力端到端一体化高质量网络保障,打造算网一体的多云生态高品质能源算力网络。In the Internet era,it is important to strengthen the deep coupling of computing networks,improve the computing power capabilities of energy networks,and deploy integrated energy computing power networks for clouds,networks,and edges.Focusing on the new computing power layout of"Eastern Data and Western Computing",through the integration of computing and networking,the computing power layout is optimized,the national/provincial energy computing network capability collaboration model is optimized,the computing network capability is integrated,and the east-west and north-south traffic models between computing power regions are optimized,and the high-quality network guarantee of end-to-end integration of computing power is carried out,so as to build a multi-cloud ecological high-quality energy computing network integrating computing and networking.
