摘 要:人是理性与非理性相统一的社会存在物,思想政治教育的受教育者也是理性和非理性的有机统一体。作为思想政治教育的发起者,不仅要注重对受教育者理论的灌输,还要从受教育者的实际需求和情感认知出发,培养受教育者信仰、磨砺受教育者意志、激发受教育者动力。动机、欲望、情感、意志等非理性因素在受教育者思想道德品质的形成、发展、转化中发挥着重要作用,这为我们提升思想政治教育效果提供了思路:强调认知和谐性、注重价值引导性、激发主观能动性、增进行为稳定性。Human being is a social being unified by rationality and irrationality,and the educatees in ideological and political education are also an organic unity of rationality and irrationality.As the initiator of ideological and political education,we should not only pay attention to the indoctrination of the educated theory,but also start from the actual needs and emotional cognition of the educatees,cultivate their belief,sharpen their will,and stimulate their motivation.Motivation,desire,emotion,will and other irrational factors play an important role in the formation,development and transformation of the ideological and moral qualities of the educatees,which provides ideas for us to improve the effect of ideological and political education:emphasizing cognitive harmony,paying attention to value guidance,stimulating subjective initiative,and improving behavioral stability.
