摘　　要：非自杀性自伤行为是目前临床中常见的病理行为,严重影响个体身心健康。自伤与个体疼痛感知异常密切相关。疼痛分为生理疼痛和社会疼痛,相比健康人群,非自杀性自伤患者对生理疼痛敏感性低而对社会疼痛敏感性高,生理疼痛阈值增高而社会疼痛阈值减低,疼痛敏感性的改变使其通过“以痛镇痛”的方式缓解情绪。非自杀性自伤个体疼痛敏感性的改变与社会心理因素密切相关,自我批评、抑郁症状和童年期不良经历都与非自杀性自伤患者的疼痛敏感性有关。Non-suicidal self-injury is a prevalent pathological behavior in clinical settings,significantly impacting both physical and mental health.Non-suicidal self-injury is closely associated with the abnormal perception of pain.Pain can be classified as physiological pain and social pain.In contrast to healthy people,individuals engaging in non-suicidal self-harm exhibit lower sensitivity to physiological pain but higher sensitivity to social pain.Their physiological pain thresholds are elevated,while their social pain thresholds are reduced.The alterations in pain sensitivity led them to alleviate emotions through a"pain to counter pain"approach.The abnormalities in pain sensitivity among individuals who engage in non-suicidal self-injury are closely linked to their social and psychological factors.Self-criticism,depressive symptoms,and adverse childhood experiences are all associated with the pain sensitivity of non-suicidal self-harm patients.
