摘  要:榛子收获机分选装置是榛子捡拾收获机的重要组成部分,直接决定了榛子分选效果和机体的使用寿命。为提高榛子捡拾分选结构稳定性,对装置整机结构进行拓扑优化设计及模态分析。首先,阐述了榛子收获机结构设计及工作原理,并建立榛子捡拾收获机的三维实体模型;然后,通过有限单元法对榛子捡拾收获机进行静力学分析,并通过变密度法对底部车架结构进行拓扑设计,建立优化后的分选装置模型,底部车架在满足使用性能的前提下质量降低了49.9%;最后,对优化后的整机模型进行了模态和谐响应分析。模态结果显示优化后前6阶固有频率分别为11.18、17.34、22.04、23.85、36.68、39.61Hz,谐响应结果显示分选装置在11.0Hz和17.5 Hz频率时易产生共振现象。其中,最大谐峰值出现在第1阶、2阶处。对成型装置进行试验,结果表明:分选装置能满足各项作业要求,且工作稳定,可为榛子捡拾收获机进一步优化设计提供理论参考。The sorting device of hazelnut harvesting machine is an important part of hazelnut picking and harvesting machine,which directly determines the sorting effect of hazelnut and the service life of the machine.In order to improve the stability of hazelnut picking and sorting structure,the topology optimization design and modal analysis of the whole structure of the device are carried out.Firstly,the structural design and working principle of the hazelnut harvester were explained,and the 3D solid model of the hazelnut picker-harvester was established;then,the static analysis of the hazelnut picker-harvester was carried out by the finite unit method,and the topological design of the bottom frame structure was carried out by the variable density method,and the optimized sorting device model was established,and the mass of the bottom frame was reduced by 49.9%under the premise of satisfying the use performance.Finally,the modal and harmonic response analysis was performed on the optimized model,and the modal results showed that the first six orders of inherent frequencies were 11.18,17.34,22.04,23.85,36.68,39.61Hz,and the harmonic response results showed that the sorting device was prone to resonance at 11.0Hz and 17.5Hz,with the maximum harmonic peaks occurring at the 1st and 2nd orders.The results show that the sorting device can meet the operational requirements and work stably,which can provide a theoretical reference for further optimization of the hazelnut picking and harvesting machine design.
