摘 要:作为一种新型油料作物,油莎豆清选损失率高、含杂率高的问题严重阻碍了其机械化收获进程。针对此问题,采用CFD-EDEM耦合方法进行了仿真试验、参数优化、规律解析和试验验证,结果表明:损失率影响程度从大到小为气流速度、振幅、频率,含杂率影响程度从大到小为气流速度、频率、振幅;气流速度为10.52m/s、振幅为20.61mm,振频为6.93Hz时,清选损失率为3.65%,含杂率为5.26%,清选综合性能指标最优为4.46%;台架性能试验损失率为3.77%,较仿真结果误差为3.19%;含杂率为5.52%,较仿真结果误差为2.84%;仿真试验误差较小,比较可靠。研究所得的最优工作参数组合可为油莎豆优质清选提供理论支撑。As a new oilseed crop,the problems of high scavenging loss rate and high trash content of Cyperus esculentus L.seriously hinder the mechanized harvesting process of Cyperus esculentus L.In this study,the coupled CFD-EDEM method was used for simulation,parameter optimization,law analysis and experimental verification.The effect of air velocity>amplitude>frequency on the loss rate and air velocity>frequency>amplitude on the trash rate were obtained in descending order.When the air velocity is 10.52m/s,amplitude is 20.61mm,and frequency is 6.93Hz,the loss rate of cleaning is 3.65%,the impurity rate is 5.26%,and the best overall performance index of cleaning is 4.46%.The loss rate of bench performance test is 3.77%,and the error is 3.19%compared with the simulation result.The impurity rate was 5.52%,with an error of 2.84%compared with the simulation results.The simulation test error is small and more reliable.The optimal combination of working parameters obtained from the findings of the study provides theoretical support for high quality scavenging of oilseed beans.
