摘　　要：为减轻菠萝收获人工劳动强度,设计开发了机械化收获设备,并研究了我国菠萝主产区主栽品种菠萝果的形态及力学特性。确定了主栽品种菠萝果实形态参数,单果重分布在750~2500g,果实纵径分布在14.51~18.33cm;不同品种之间存在极显著差异,果实横径分布在10.22~13.24cm,品种之间差异不大。通过拉伸抗压试验及剪切强度试验,确定菠萝果实果肉抗压强度平均值为0.32MPa,弹性模量平均值为2.62MPa;果肉剪切强度平均值为0.16MPa,果芯抗压强度平均值为0.37MPa,弹性模量平均值为3.04MPa,果芯剪切强度平均值为0.25MPa。In order to reduce the labor intensity of pineapple harvesting,mechanized harvesting equipment was designed and developed.The morphology and mechanical properties of pineapple fruit,the main variety in the main pineapple producing areas in China,were studied.The fruit morphological parameters of the main variety pineapple were determined.The single fruit weight was distributed in 750-2500g,the longitudinal diameter of the fruit was distributed in 14.51-18.33 cm,there was a very significant difference between different varieties,and the transverse diameter of the fruit was distributed in 10.22-13.24cm.Through the tensile compression test and shear strength test,it is determined that the average compressive strength of pineapple fruit pulp is 0.32MPa and the average elastic modulus is 2.62MPa;The average shear strength of pulp is 0.16MPa,the average compressive strength of fruit core is 0.37MPa,the average elastic modulus is 3.04MPa,and the average shear strength of fruit core is 0.25MPa.
