摘  要:为研究陈皮热泵干燥特性及干燥工艺,通过单因素试验研究了铺料厚度、温度和风速对陈皮热泵干燥过程的影响,建立了动力学模型;以干燥时间和品质得分作为目标,采用响应面法中的星点设计优化了干燥工艺。试验结果表明:陈皮铺料厚度的动力学模型可以用Page方程来描述,并通过多元线性回归分析确定了Page模型参数与干燥条件变化呈多项式函数关系;最优陈皮热泵干燥工艺为温度58.0℃、铺料厚度20mm、风速3m/s,该条件下,陈皮干燥时间为100min,品质得分为9.0。研究结果可为陈皮热泵干燥应用提供参考。In order to study the drying characteristics and drying process of Chen Pi heat pump,the effect of different lay-ing thickness(20,30,40mm),different temperatures(45,50,55,60°C)and different air speeds(1,2,3m/s)on the drying process of Chen Pi heat pump,and the drying kinetic model was established;the drying time and quality score were taken as the objectives,and the central composite design in response surface method was used to optimize the drying process.The results showed that the kinetic model of the thickness of the Chen Pi spread could be described by the Page equation,and the parameters of the Page model were determined to be polynomially related to the changes of the drying conditions by multiple linear regression analysis;the optimal heat pump drying process for Chen Pi was 58.0℃,20mm spread thickness,and 3m/s air speed,and the drying time of Chen Pi under this condition was 100min,and the quality score was 9.0.The results of the study provide a reference for the application of heat pump drying of Chen Pi.
