摘 要:为研究不同加工工序中蒸汽干度变化对烟草制丝产品质量的影响,分别对烟丝与蒸汽直接接触工序的隧道式增温增湿机和非直接接触工序的滚筒式烘丝机进行实验。结果表明:(1)在直接接触工序中,随着蒸汽干度的增加,烟丝温度呈上升趋势,烟丝含水率呈下降趋势,当蒸汽干度高于85%时,化学成分指标中总植物碱、水溶性总糖、还原糖、钾和氯的质量分数呈增大的趋势,不同蒸汽干度下单支卷烟中主流烟气成分的释放量无明显变化,卷烟的感官质量呈现向好的趋势,在直接接触工序中应选用高于85%的蒸汽干度。(2)在非直接接触工序中,随着蒸汽干度的增加,烟丝的脱水率显著提升,烟丝含水率的标准偏差呈下降趋势,当蒸汽干度高于80%时,烟丝含水率的稳定性逐渐增加,不同蒸汽干度下单支卷烟中主流烟气成分的释放量无明显变化;当蒸汽干度高于90%时,卷烟的感官质量明显转优,在非直接接触工序中应选用高于90%的蒸汽干度。In order to clarify the effects of varying steam dryness on cut tobacco quality in different processes of tobacco primary processing,experiments were conducted during the tobacco-steam direct contact process of a tunnel-type tobacco conditioner and the tobacco-steam non-direct contact process of a cylinder dryer.The results showed that:1)In the direct contact process,with the increase of steam dryness,the tobacco temperature increased while the moisture content in cut tobacco decreased.When the steam dryness exceeded 85%,the mass fractions of total plant alkaloids,total water-soluble sugars,reducing sugar,potassium,and chlorine in cut tobacco gradually increased.There was no significant change in the quantities of chemical components in mainstream smoke of cigarettes under different steam dryness,and the sensory quality of cigarettes improved with the increase in steam dryness.Therefore,in the direct contact process,steam dryness should preferably be above 85%.2)In the non-direct contact process,with the increase of steam dryness,the dehydration rate of cut tobacco increased,while the SD of moisture content in cut tobacco decreased.When the steam dryness exceeded 80%,the stability of moisture content in cut tobacco gradually increased.There was no significant change in the quantities of chemical components in mainstream smoke of cigarettes under different steam dryness,and the sensory quality of cigarettes improved significantly when the steam dryness exceeded 90%.Therefore,the steam dryness should preferably be above 90%for the non-direct contact process.
