摘  要:针对太阳能、燃料电池等可再生能源发电系统输出电压较低的问题,此处提出一种基于耦合电感的二次型超高升压变换器,采用无源箝位电路结构,在实现高电压增益的同时,回收漏感能量,提高了转换效率,抑制了开关管的电压尖峰,改善了传统升压变换器开关管和二极管两端电压应力大、增益受限等缺点。最后,在理论分析的基础上搭建了一台输入为24 V,输出为400 V,额定功率为250 W的实验样机,实验结果验证了所提变换器理论分析的正确性和可行性,最大效率和满载效率分别为95.4%和93.8%。Since the low output voltage of the renewable energy power generation systems,such as solar power and fuel cells,a quadratic ultra-high Boost converter based on coupled inductor is proposed.A passive clamp circuit structure is adopted to recycle the leakage inductance energy,improve the conversion efficiency and suppress the voltage spike of the switch tubes while achieving high voltage gain,overcoming the shortcomings of the conventional Boost converter such as high voltage stress and limited gain at the switch tubes and diodes.Finally,based on theoretical analysis,a prototype with 24 V input,400 V output and 250 W rated power is built to verify the correctness and feasibility of the proposed converters,the maximum efficiency and full load efficiency are 95.4%and 93.8%respectively.
