摘  要:为了解决智能化采煤机在复杂工况下进行作业时,截割部负载变大,电动机容易发生损坏的问题,针对电动机保护元件扭矩轴进行结构分析对比,选择扭断效果最好的U形卸荷槽扭矩轴做为分析对象。选择卸荷槽深度、底端半径、轴向距离等参数,通过三维建模进行有限元分析。采用响应曲面法,对不同参数的扭矩轴仿真数据进行处理,得到最优的参数组合。研究结果可对采煤机截割部扭矩轴设计提供一定的借鉴。In order to solve the problem of increased load on the cutting unit and easy damage to the motor during operation of the intelligent shearer under complex working conditions,the structure of the torque shaft,as the motor protection component,was analyzed and compared,and the torque shaft using U-shaped load relieving groove with the best torsion effect was selected as the analysis object.Then,the finite element analysis was carried out by 3D modeling by selecting the parameters such as the depth,the radius of the bottom end and the axial distance of the load relieving groove.At the same time,the response surface method was used to process the simulation data of the torque shaft with different parameters to obtain the optimal parameter combination.The research results could provide references for the design of the torque shaft for the shearer cutting unit.
