摘 要:目的:评估微种植支抗钉(micro-implant anchorage)结合直丝弓矫治系统推磨牙向后矫治技术中,磨牙远移量及临床效果分析。方法:收集60例经沟通后同意直丝弓配合微种植支抗钉进行磨牙远移的正畸患者,使用数字化口扫仪器对术前、术后牙列进行扫描建模,配合计算机软件辅助进行牙列远移量分析及评价。结果:各类安氏错[牙合]分组之间性别、年龄及支抗钉植入成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05),安氏Ⅰ类和安氏Ⅱ类上颌第二磨牙远移量有统计学差异(P<0.05),安氏Ⅰ类和安氏Ⅲ类下颌第二磨牙远移量分析有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在磨牙远移病例中采用直丝弓矫治技术配合微种植支抗钉可为轻、中度拥挤的各类错[牙合]畸形病例提供稳定的支抗及远移所需的间隙量。本研究使用的植入方法、位置和数据,可为临床医生在磨牙远移植入微种植支抗钉时提供一定的参考。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and quantity of the molar distalization combined with micro-implant anchorage technology in different classification of orthodontics.Methods:Sixty patients were choosen who accept Mclaughlin Bennett Trevisi(MBT)treatment and molar distalization with micro-implant anchorage.Analyzing quantity of molar distalization by measuring preoperative and postoperative digital cast and CBCT.Results:There was no statistical difference in the success rate of micro-implant anchorage between different types of Angle malocclusions(P>0.05),but there was a statistical difference in the distal distance of the maxillary second molar between Angle Ⅰ and Angle Ⅱ(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference in the distal distance of the mandibular second molar between Angle Ⅰ and Angle Ⅲ(P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro-implant anchorage can provide stable anchorage and the demandable space of distalization in light and moderate crowding case.This research providing implant method,implant position and the data as clinical reference in the case of molar distalization.
