摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取牡丹皮和赤芍的挥发油成分,利用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)结合直观推导式演进特征投影法(HELP)对挥发油成分进行定性定量分析。分别在牡丹皮和赤芍的挥发油中鉴定出54种和78种组分,定性组分含量分别占二者挥发油总含量的97.35%和52.45%,共有化合物36种;含量最大的组分为丹皮酚,其在二者中的含量分别为82.19%和13.27%。The essential oils from Paeonia suffruticosa(PS)and Paeonia lactiflora(PL)were first analyzed by gas chromatographymass spectrometry(GC-MS)and a chemometric resolution method,namely heuristic evolving latent projection(HELP).In total,54 and 78 volatile chemical components in essential oils of PS and PL were separated and identified,accounting for 97.35%and 52.45%of total contents of the two tested samples,respectively.There are a total of 36 common compounds.The main volatile constituent is Paeonal,which content in both is 82.19%and 13.27%,respectively.
