摘 要:目的:对来自不同高校检验科实习生的实习现状及需求进行分析。方法:选取医学检验专业98名实习生为研究对象,采用描述性统计分析和χ^(2)检验。结果:在带教需求上,985/211高校及普通高校的实习生更倾向于中英文同步带教。大专院校实习生的实习效果评价最高。结论:带教老师应采取分层次带教方案,以充分调动实习生的潜能。Objective:To analyze the internship status and needs of laboratory interns from different universities.Methods:98 interns from the medical laboratory major were selected as the research subjects,and descriptive statistical analysis and chi-square test were used.Results:In terms of teaching needs,interns from 985/21l universities and ordinary universities are more inclined to teach simultaneously in Chinese and English.College and university interns have the highest evaluation of internship effectiveness.Conclusion:Teaching teachers should adopt a hierarchical teaching plan to fully mobilize the potential of interns.
