摘　　要：目的 探索侧方颈纹入路在早期口腔恶性肿瘤患者行选择性淋巴结清扫术中的应用。方法 选择我院2020年12月至2022年3月收治的22例早期口腔恶性肿瘤患者,原发病灶切除后行选择性颈淋巴结清扫术,分为侧方颈纹入路和常规下颌下入路两组,对手术情况、肩功能及颈部美观评分进行分析。结果 两组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、淋巴结数目、淋巴结分期和肩功能评分没有统计学差异;侧方颈纹入路患者术后6个月颈部外观评分高于下颌下入路,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 经侧方颈纹入路行早期口腔恶性肿瘤患者选择性颈淋巴结清扫术,安全有效,美观评分更高。Objective To investigate the application of lateral cervical stria approach in selective neck dissection(SND)for patients with early oral malignant tumors.Methods A total of 22 patients underwent SND during December 2020 to March 2022 was retrospectively reviewed and divided into lateral cervical stria and conventional submandibular approach groups.The clinical characteristics,shoulder function and neck aesthetic scoring were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistical difference in operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage volume,number and stage of lymph nodes as well as shoulder function scoring between two groups.The appearance score of lateral cervical stria approach was significantly higher than that of patients with submandibular approach 6-month after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion SND via lateral cervical stria approach for patients with early oral malignancies is safe and effective,achieving a better aesthetic outcome.
