摘　　要：通过整理国内外文献和书籍,阐释精神科门诊中患者在生理、心理和社会层面的不同需求,以及焦点解决模式于精神科诊疗过程中的实践。提出焦点解决模式在精神科门诊的应用路径:建立、维持合作关系,关注问题解决的方法,对资源的挖掘利用。突出体现其将视角更多地放在致使改变发生的契机和基础上,为患者扩展治疗窗口,引导积极结果。表明焦点解决模式下的精神科门诊有助于建立和谐医患关系,提高满意度水平,引导患者的健康。By reviewing domestic and international literature and books,the study explores the different needs of patients in psychiatric outpatient clinics at physiological,psychological and social levels,and the practice of solution-focused brief therapy in psychiatric diagnosis and treatment.It proposes a path for the application of solution-focused brief therapy in psychiatric outpatient clinics:establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships,focusing on problem-solving methods,and strengthening the utilization of resources.It emphasizes placing more focus on identifying opportunities and foundations for change,expanding the therapeutic window for patients,and guiding positive outcomes.The findings indicate that the solutionfocused approach in psychiatric outpatient care contributes to establishing harmonious doctor-patient relationships,increasing satisfaction levels,and guiding patients towards better health.
