摘　　要：本文介绍了火焰检测仪表的基本原理和种类,针对玻璃熔窑的燃烧过程进行深入分析,提出一种基于火焰检测仪表的玻璃熔窑燃烧优化方案。通过仪表对熔窑内燃烧火焰的自动检测和分析,实现了对熔窑燃烧过程的实时监测和控制。该方法有效提高了燃烧效率和玻璃质量并降低了熔窑换火故障率。This paper introduces the basic principle and types of flame detector.Based on the in-depth analysis of the combustion process of glass furnace,this article proposes a glass furnace combustion optimization system based on flame detection instruments.The system achieves real-time monitoring and control of the furnace combustion process by automatically detecting and analyzing the combustion flames inside the furnace through instruments.This system effectively improves combustion eficiency and glass quality,and reduces the failure rate of furnace heat exchange.
