摘　　要：小檗碱是一种天然的异喹啉生物碱,最初可作为广谱抗菌药应用于临床治疗肠炎、消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎、肺炎等疾病。近年来随着对小檗碱药理作用的深入研究,越来越多证据证明,小檗碱对缺血性脑卒中具有神经保护作用。在本综述中,我们介绍了小檗碱对缺血性脑卒中危险因素的干预,还详细论述了小檗碱在缺血性脑卒中不同机制的神经保护作用,旨在对本领域的临床和基础研究提供一定的参考。Berberine is a natural isoquinoline alkaloid that was initially used as a broad⁃spectrum antibacterial agent in clinical treatment of enteritis,peptic ulcers,chronic gastritis,pneumonia,and other diseases.In recent years,in⁃depth study of the pharmacological effects of berberine has provided increasing evidence that berberine has neuroprotective effects on ischemic stroke.In this review,we introduce the effect of berberine on risk factors of ischemic stroke and discuss the neuroprotective effects of berberine on various mechanisms of ischemic stroke in detail to provide a reference for clinical and basic research in this field.
