摘  要:微型液压支架及其测控系统在物理试验中起到至关重要的作用,为更好地结合工程实际,保证试验结果的科学性、准确性和真实性,利用SOLIDWORKS软件对微型支架进行三维建模、运动仿真、强度测试。对液压系统所需元件进行非标设计改造,基于RC模型理念配置完善的液压及测控系统,并对支架力学性能进行了相应的测试。结果表明:微型支架在符合结构和承载特性相似的前提下,通过控制泵站压力并在液压阀的配合作用下可满足试验中可控性以及多变量要求。以MNZF0.2/0.55/0.84微型液压支架及测控系统设计为例,给出了支架结构设计的具体步骤和液压系统的换算公式,阐明了支架设计思路及注意事项。支架强度大,刚度稳定,泵站压力可达到3 MPa以上,远高于试验需求。支架前端梁运动曲线符合双纽线特征,运动轨迹变化范围仅为0.46 mm左右,小于理论上的最优值。支架在初撑、增阻、恒阻和卸压阶段能满足其承载特性及运动要求。经测试,支架工作阻力为168 N,对应的支护强度为0.54 MPa,系统压力仍有较大的富余量。护帮千斤顶采用与立柱相同的液压系统,可对煤壁起到保护作用,其与顶梁组成的支撑体系能够更好地体现支架围岩的耦合特性。研究结果可为支架与围岩耦合相关物理试验单一变量或多变量分析提供借鉴,其与围岩耦合相关试验数据对现场应用具有重要的参考价值。The miniature hydraulic support and its measurement and control system play a vital role in the physical test.In order to better integrate the engineering practice and ensure the scientificity,accuracy and authenticity of the test results,the SOLIDWORKS software is used to carry out three⁃dimensional modeling,motion simulation and strength test of the miniature support.The components required for the hydraulic system are non⁃standardly designed and modified.Based on the RC model concept,a compete hydraulic,and measurement and control system is con⁃figured,and the mechanical properties of the support are tested accordingly.The results show that the miniature support can meet the requirements of controllable multivariable in the test by controlling the pressure of the pump sta⁃tion and cooperating with the hydraulic valve under the premise of similar structure and bearing characteristics.Taking the MNZF0.2/0.55/0.84 miniature hydraulic support and measurement and control system design as an exam⁃ple,this paper provides the specific steps of support structure design,the reasonable conversion formula of hydraulic system,and clarifies the design ideas and precautions of support.Support strength,stiffness stability,pump station pressure can reach more than 3 MPa,much higher than the test requirements.The motion curve of the front beam of the support conforms to the characteristics of the double lemniscate,and the range of motion trajectory is only about 0.46 mm,which is less than the theoretical optimal value.The support can well meet its bearing characteristics and motion requirements in the stages of initial support,resistance increasing,constant resistance and pressure relief.After testing,the working resistance of the support is about 168 N,the corresponding support strength is 0.54 MPa,and the system pressure still has a large margin.The side support jack adopts the same hydraulic system as the support legs,which can protect the coal wall.The support system composed of support jack and top beam can bette
