我国外语类专业学生数字素养能力框架构建研究

摘　　要：外语类专业学生应具备信息技术应用能力是落实新文科发展内在要求和培养外语类专业复合型国际化人才的实际需要,目前亟须构建面向外语类专业学生数字素养能力框架。本文针对外语类专业的特点,从知识、素质、技能3个维度提出外语类专业学生数字素养能力框架,包括7个一级指标和24个二级指标,并进阶式划分能力水平等级,最终构建了从设定目标、选取指标、过程实施到结果反馈为一体的闭环系统,旨在推动构建中国特色外语类专业教育与人才培养新模式并为其他专业数字素养能力框架设计提供借鉴与参考。It is widely acknowledged that foreign language majors should be equipped with the ability to apply information technology in response to inherent requirements of New Liberal Arts and the practical needs for cultivating international interdisciplinary talents.And now it is a matter of urgency to construct a conceptual framework of digital literacy for foreign language majors in China.Considering characteristics of foreign language undergraduate programs,this paper proposes a conceptual framework of the digital literacy for foreign language majors consisting of three dimensions of knowledge,attitudes,and skills.The framework is composed of 7 primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators.Each of the 24 secondary indicators subsumes a set of illustrative descriptors of progressive higher levels,leading to a closed-loop system consisting of stages for setting goals,selecting indicators,implementing the framework,and providing feedback.The paper undertakes to help promote the construction of a new model of education and talent cultivation for undergraduate foreign language majors with Chinese characteristics and to provide reference and guidelines for the construction of digital literacy frameworks for other undergraduate majors.
