中医药辅助治疗三阴性乳腺癌的研究进展

摘　　要：三阴性乳腺癌归属于中医学中“乳岩”“石痈”等范畴,具有恶性程度高,预后差,复发风险高的等特征。因其缺乏雌激素受体、孕激素受体、人类表皮生长因子受体的表达,致使其对内分泌及靶向治疗不敏感,因此现阶段临床上对其有效的治疗方式仅限于手术切除,放疗及化疗。近年来随着中医药的发展,更多的学者逐渐将中医药辨证融入现代医学治疗手术段中来辅佐临床治疗,以期减少患者放化疗副反应,降低复发概率,提高患者生存率,来达到支持扶正,为患者提供更高的生活质量的作用。本文分别从中医及西医两个角度对该疾病病因进行探讨,并对中医药辅助治疗三阴性乳腺癌研究现状与进展做出综述,为中医药与现代医学结合能够有效治疗疾病与缓解症状提供依据。Triple-negative breast cancer belongs to the category of"carcinoma of breast"and"stone carbuncle"in traditional Chinese medicine,which has the characteristics of high degree of malignancy,poor prognosis and high risk of recurrence.Because of its lack of expression of estrogen receptor,progesterone receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor,it is not sensitive to endocrine and targeted therapy,so the effective treatment is limited to surgical resection,radiotherapy and chemotherapy at the present stage.In recent years,with the development of traditional Chinese medicine,more and more scholars gradually integrate the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine into the surgical section of modern medical treatment to assist clinical treatment,in order to reduce the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,reduce the probability of recurrence and improve the survival rate of patients.To support the upright,to provide patients with a higher quality of life.This paper discusses the etiology of the disease from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and summarizes the research status and progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer,so as to provide a basis for the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine to effectively treat the disease and alleviate symptoms.
