摘  要:本研究建立了氟苯尼考药的液相色谱测定方法。通过研究色谱柱分离、定性波长、流动相选择等条件确定检测方法。并通过检出限、定量限、回收率和重复性实验评价方法。结果表明,选择TC-C18柱作为分离柱,最佳波长为223 nm,最佳流动相为25%乙腈水溶液,氟苯尼考线性达到0.99975,检出限为0.05μg/mL,定量限为0.15μg/mL,添加量为0.5~3μg时回收率达到88.7%~100%,重复性RSD达到0.64%。此方法高效准确,能为氟苯尼考药主含量测定提供参考,也能为其他兽药氟苯尼考的测定提供思路。This study established a liquid chromatography method for the determination of flufenicol.Determine the detection method by studying conditions such as chromatographic column separation,qualitative wavelength,and mobile phase selection.And evaluate the method through detection limit,quantification limit,recovery rate,and repeatability experiments.The results showed that TC-C18 column was selected as the separation column,with the optimal wavelength of 223 nm and the optimal mobile phase of 25%acetonitrile aqueous solution.The linearity of fluorophenicol reached 0.99975,and the detection limit was 0.05μg/mL,with a quantification limit of 0.15μg/mL,with an addition amount of 0.5-3μg.The recovery rate at g reaches 88.7%~100%,and the repeatability RSD reaches 0.64%.This method is efficient and accurate,and can provide reference for the determination of the main content of flufenicol,as well as ideas for the determination of other veterinary drugs such as flufenicol.
