摘　　要：作为我国研究生招生制度的重要组成部分,保研已成为“双一流”高校本科生读研深造的重要选择。但随着保研竞争愈加激烈,以经济交易和外部支持方式进行资源交换的“保研经济”现象也应运而生。对CCSVS-2022调查数据的分析发现:(1)参与保研学生的家庭特征显著影响其教育投入;(2)参与保研学生的教育投入显著影响其保研产出;(3)参与保研学生的家庭特征间接影响其保研产出。综合来看,“保研经济”的发展逻辑是精英教育内卷化的结果,其运行机制是学校组织效率化的体现。因此,亟须构建公平而有质量的保研机制和拔尖创新人才培养制度:一是建立高等教育家校社协同育人机制;二是优化保研赛道产出多样化路径选择;三是构建拔尖创新人才贯通式培养体系。As an important part of China's graduate enrollment system,Baoyan has become an important choice for undergraduates from“Double First-Class”universities to pursue postgraduate studies.However,as the competition for Baoyan has become more and more fierce,the phenomenon of“Baoyan economy”has also emerged as the times require,in which resources are exchanged in the form of economic transactions and external support.The analysis of the CCSVS-2022 survey data shows that:(1)the family characteristics of the students participating in the Baoyan significantly affect their education investment;(2)The educational input of students participating in the Baoyan has a significant impact on their Baoyan output;(3)The family characteristics of the students participating in the Baoyan indirectly affect their Baoyan output.On the whole,the development logic of“Baoyan economy”is the result of the involution of elite education,and its operating mechanism is the embodiment of the efficiency of school organization.Therefore,it is urgent to build a fair and high-quality Baoyan guarantee mechanism and a top-notch innovative talent training system:first,to establish a collaborative education mechanism for higher education families,schools and communities;the second is to optimize the diversified path selection of the output of the Baoyan track;The third is to build a through-the-line training system for top-notch innovative talents.
