摘 要:为了验证天棚阻尼控制策略对商用车驾驶室半主动悬置系统的控制有效性,采用TruckSim建立了整车模型,采用Simulink建立了控制器模型与执行器模型,以驾驶室各向振动加速度的均方根值加权之和作为评价函数,以TruckSim与Simulink联合仿真的方式,在50 km/h车速与随机输入路面模型下完成了控制器的参数寻优。通过对比同一车速下基于天棚阻尼控制或改进的平滑天棚控制的半主动悬置和被动悬置的评价函数值可知,相较于被动悬置,采用天棚阻尼控制策略的商用车驾驶室半主动悬置系统能够明显改善驾驶室的乘坐舒适性,使整车振动改善约11.39%。In order to verify the effectiveness of the sky-hook damping control strategy in controlling the semi-active suspension system of commercial vehicle cab,TruckSim is used to establish a vehicle model,and Simulink is used to establish a controller model and actuator model.The weighted sum of the root mean square values of vibration acceleration in all directions of cab is used as the evaluation function.By using TruckSim and Simulink co-simulation,the parameter optimization of the controller is completed under the 50 km/h automobile speed and random input road model.By comparing the evaluation function values of semi-active mounts based on sky-hook damping control or improved smooth sky-hook control and passive suspension at the same speed,it can be seen that compared to passive suspension,the semi-active suspension system of commercial vehicle cabs using sky-hook damping control strategy can significantly improve the riding comfort of the cab,resulting in a 11.39%improvement in vehicle vibration.
