摘 要:文章通过选装两款轮胎对某型号轻型纯电动汽车分别进行实车道路阻力测试和续驶里程及能耗台架测试,研究了轮胎对轻型纯电动汽车的续驶里程及能耗的影响。整车道路阻力测试结果表明两款轮胎对应的整车道路阻力差距明显,其中在低速段的差距最大。中国轻型汽车行驶工况(CLTC)下的续驶里程及能耗测试结果表明在其他整车参数一致的情况下,选装A品牌245/50ZR18轮胎比选装B品牌245/45R19轮胎的整车能量消耗量低2.8%,续驶里程高3.6%,来自外部电源的能量消耗量低3.0%。轮胎的差异同时影响整车道路阻力、整车动力系统工作效率与动能回收效果,导致续驶里程具有差异,因此,合理的轮胎选型对续驶里程提升具有一定作用,需在样车开发与验证阶段针对性进行测试与优化。该研究还可为轻型纯电动汽车在进行工信部公告目录型式核准时,判断不同轮胎配置下整车是否具有相同续驶里程申报值提供一定工程案例支持。The article selectes two types of tires and assembled them on a light pure electric vehicle respectively,then conducts road resistance tests and range and energy consumption bench tests to investigate the influence of tires on the range and energy consumption of light pure electric vehicles.The test results of road resistance testing show that there is a significant difference in road resistance between the two types of tires,with the highest difference at low speed points.After conducting range and energy consumption tests on a chassis dynamometer for China light vehicle test cycle(CLTC),the results show that,with the same other vehicle parameters,selecting A brand 245/50ZR18 tires resultes in a 2.8%lower energy consumption,3.6%higher range,and 3.0%lower energy consumption from external power sources compared to selecting B brand 245/45R19 tires.The difference in tires simultaneously affects the road resistance,power system efficiency,and kinetic energy recovery effect of the entire vehicle,resulting in differences in driving range.Therefore,reasonable tire selection plays a certain role in improving driving range,and targeted testing and optimization are needed during the development and validation stage of the prototype.This study can also provide certain engineering case support for determining whether the whole vehicle has the same declared driving range under different tire configurations when conducting type approval of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's announcement catalog for light pure electric vehicles.
